Panda Express - Phoenix

At 8:30 they have nothing more than rice and noodles. That's the second time this happened. When closing time 9, why are you ready to close 8:30?

Panda never disappoints. The food was hot and delicious. This is not my normal location as Scottsdale Rd restaurant. Thomas seems to be fresher (and a little better staff). Always a 'going to' when we long for Chinese food.

Everyone loves to express panda directly above all as they take all msg in there food, but I begin to hate it so much because customer service sucks them trying to close the store early regularly and they never order enough food so in the one on Thomas Street and 36th Street for the second time around and instead of turning them off early this time the whoever ordered for the store need to be fired just to think maybe

Every time I order Rangoon, they are over friend and the whole cream cheese filling is GONE! Literally my favorite side and once I?m at home it annoys me every time!!!!!

I ordered from the 40th street and Thomas location and received horrible service with no communication what-so-ever! I ordered my food for delivery and the driver picked up my food through Door Dash. When I placed my order I added instructions for how to find my apartment. The driver sent a text asking if the section number was correct, I said yes, so they clearly seen my directions. Then several minutes later my food was never at my door! I tracked online and it said DELIVERED but it never came! The driver nor did the 40th Street restaurant answer their phones! Finally I received a text from the driver 30 minutes later that they couldn't find my apartment and took my food back. The driver and Panda Express NEVER called me to let me know they needed help finding my apartment. Later I checked my email and 5 minutes after the delivery arrival time my order was automatically CANCELLED instead of informing me that more help was needed! I could of met the driver outside instead of the restaurant not giving me my food or any phone call to let me know what was happening. Instead they told the driver to RETURN my food! I no longer feel comfortable ordering from the 40th street location! Hopefully I receive a refund!
