Filiberto's Mexican Food - Phoenix

First time at this establishment. Family members (locals) are frequent customers. Went through the drive thru on a rainy night. Shredded beef taco and 5 taquitos. Food was great. Service was typical for Phoenix. Employees pretty much act like they wish you 'd chosen someplace else to eat. lol. Cracks me up. 5 Stars for the food. 3 Stars for customer service. Used drive thru so 0 stars on atmosphere. Will absolutley eat here again on our return trip to Phoenix.

I will NEVER spend another cent here. It?s not my first time coming here and when I do I spend no less then $30 EVERYTIME! So when I order something I would assume that my order is taken down and I?m charged correctly and if there is a mistake then it should be fixed. Just because inflation is high doesn?t mean hey can charge whatever they want. EVER AGAIN!!!

How this place has 4 stars is beyond me, the food is absolutely terrible. Wasted $40 here and threw away majority of the food. The salsa is watered down and flavorless, the shredded beef is also flavorless, it didnt even taste like meat. Also, my daughter found a hair in her food. Needless to say after an eventful day of celebrating 4th of July, we all went to bed hungry.

I'm giving 2 stars because while the beef taco was decent the enchilada wasn't even cooked, the beans were hard and the rice was completely bland. This place has gone downhill and I've only ate here twice this entire year. Both times I had issues and this experience confirms I won't be going back.
