Do not support these corporations! They are selling you garbage! They are raking in your hard earned hand over fist... RUN RUN RUN!!! Extremely slow service!! I'd give a negative star if I could! Hold the accountable
Bad customer service, unfriendly and very unprofessional. I went there Monday for a Pumpkin signature latte. I was next in line and after the young lady helped the person in front of me she left the counter with no word and didn't return. Myself and another customer stood there n for about 15 minutes and she still did not return. We asked for help from someone else and after 10 more minutes another young lady helped us out. I ordered my drink and donut which should have not been 8$. because the drink was 5 and change and 1$ donut. I was frustrated by the wait time i just wanted my drink so i let it slide!!! After another 20 min. My drink was not made right. The whip was watery no Carmel in my drink and no spice on top. I was furious by now and just walked out unsatisfied . I thought id give this place another chance after my last experience since it was so long ago. Yesterday I was reminded why I will never go back.
Ordering in the drive thru sucks here. Ordering on Uber eats sucks here. Ordering in the store sucks hear. The management doesn’t care if there staff is careless with customers orders. They allow there employees to listen to music an not focus on the orders they are making for customers. I’m tired of always ordering from here because it’s close to my home an they always mess up my order
Wanted a breakfast sandwich and they said that their oven was down. Employee offered bagel with cream cheese, thank you for that. I guess it's nothing special but presentation is a little less than I expected. See picture. Coffee was not bad.
I placed a mobile order with drive thru pickup. When I arrived at the window, the coffee was provided. When I didn 't leave, the Employee looked at me as though to say, Why are you still here? . And then the actual question came. Did you order something else? Had she checked the same monitor displaying the coffee portion of the order, she would have known the answer to her own question.After verbally repeating the order for her, she left the window and returned a few moments later only to advise me they didn 't have Munchkins. Really? They aren 't prepared on a Monday morning with core menu items they 've offered for years?The Munchkins were replaced without issue, but with a jelly donut so dry, I 'm convinced it was a day old item. I had to wait for the Ham and Swiss Croissant Stuffer to be prepared, but it was served hot and full of Swiss cheese flavor. Coffee was prepared as requested.This isn 't my first less than stellar experience with Dunkin. Sadly, the issues have been at multiple locations, so getting away from them seems near impossible.
