Don Jose Mexican Food - Phoenix

This place has been a family favorite of my husband's for decades and I can see why. The food was delicious and came out fast. The staff were friendly and attentive. We were probably in there for around 30 minutes total. Will definitely be back!

My first restaurant that I visited in Phoenix. Great service and delish food! I have fajita steak burrito and chicken tacos. Their salsa sauce is a little spicy and a nice addition to the dishes.

Great staff service and the food was amazing. I got the tamales myself. Good portion size and damn good habanero salsa. Love the light decor on the inside.

Don Jose' a family favorite for a long time, an old IHOP, but now, serving old school Mexican food! Hot plates, chips salsa, and plenty of combination plates! Come hungry or do like we do, share a plate! Back in the day they were only, with an ATM inside, but, now debit credit card with same fee. Enjoy!

Food was good so was the margaritas what i didnt not like was the cash only and the $2.50 withdraw fee at the atm inside the restaurant price wasn't that bad $50 for 2 margaritas a mexican pizza and a street taco plate
