District: American Kitchen And Wine

My GPS could not find District, a colleague of mine decided to meet me there for dinner to greet me in the city so I jumped in the car and finally had to go to a Google search to find the address. On arrival we sat fast and, when I wanted to go home to wait for a cableman, we decided to have only one course. My steak was delivered quickly and was very overcooked while my colleague had not taken his meal at all. In the end we decided to go back and refuse to pay for everything except the wine (which was absolutely wonderful). On a less busy day, I imagine the restaurant is nice, but I would avoid it when it's busy.
