Bidra med feedbackI visited this restaurant at 8pm on 11/23. The blonde employee who took my order seemed to have a bad attitude and became impatient when I asked questions about add-ons. Her attitude was too much for me, so I decided to cancel my order and went to Cold Stone Creamery down the street instead. The customer service at Cold Stone was much better.
I went to Dairy Queen today and ordered $50 worth of food for my family. The employee at the window was extremely nice and courteous, which is rare at a restaurant. When I got home, there was an issue with my order. I couldn't just let it go, so I went back to the restaurant. The same friendly voice greeted me at the order post/menu box, and I requested to speak with a manager. The employee at the window turned out to be the manager, and she was understanding and apologetic. She asked me to pull around and park for a few minutes, then came out with my food, apologized, and made things right. Her kindness, empathy, and professionalism impressed me, and I appreciated her effort to resolve the issue. I thanked her for fixing the problem with a smile and even sharing a laugh with me. I was amazed by her handling of the situation and agreed to give the restaurant another chance because of her exceptional customer service. If more people had her character and personality, every establishment would earn five stars. I look forward to returning soon. Thank you, Niya, for your outstanding service.
On what felt like the hottest day of the summer, I found myself walking to the restaurant as I do not drive. Unfortunately, I had forgotten to bring a drink with me, which was not the smartest decision. By the time I arrived, I was feeling disoriented and in desperate need of a beverage. I searched through my purse for the money to purchase a 32oz drink, which was a bit pricey, but the staff member at the counter was patient with me. Once inside, I found the restaurant to be nicely air conditioned and very clean. As I sat down with my pink lemonade, I felt my strength returning. They may have just saved my life that day.
Went through the drive-through with both my Furbabie's. Cynthia was awesome! Super sweet and gave my big pups lots of attention! Thank you!
My wife just left there at 9 o?clock ordered four meals that mean she gets four drinks with the lady just handed her separately my wife asked for a cupholder she gives her one but while she?s handing it to her dumped all the drinks into my car on my wifeand acts like nothing happened did the same thing with the blizzards no apology all of our food is called when my wife got homewho by the way I came home crying because she was so frustrated now they will not answer the phone so I can go get my refund butthat?s OK I will be there in the morning so they can pay for pouring soda all in my Lexus they need to do a drug test becauseeveryone up there acts like they are on Percocets
