Church's Chicken - Phoenix

The fried chicken was too spicy with red pepper and I found it inedible.

The chicken was very tough, I couldn't even bite into it. It seemed like it had been cooked earlier in the day. Furthermore, they forgot to give me my ranch dip.

Chicken has no flavor and is old they always forget to put stuff in your bag. this time missing coleslaw, okra and honey mustard. chicken looks like it was cooked 2 days ago

I ordered mashed potatoes and biscuits to go with my chicken, but they were forgotten. The chicken appeared overcooked and had been left out for a long time, making it hard, dry, and a strange color. I was disappointed as I had placed this order for pick up.

First time having churchs chicken in my life and it was amazing!!! The food arrived hot and it was so good.
