Chick-fil-a - Phoenix

I'm just going through them, but they're always so friendly. I really enjoy eating and limonade! I recently started ordering the grilled chicken and I really enjoy it! I enjoy the honey scald sauce most? food: 5/5

I'm pretty sure my little girl got sick from this playground, one of the most disgusting playgrounds. Chick-fil-A must clean this. that is unacceptable. next time I come to this place, I hope the playground is clean. if not, I will leave another bad assessment. to add it, I spoke to the manager and he broke me out as if it were nothing.

That is a great setup. the service is great. all staff are friendly and are always helpful and they will ensure that the order is correct. my only problem with this Chick-fil-A is the parking space. it's a nightmare to come in and out. there are much heavy traffic and sometimes the journey through the line is easy on the road and has probably caused an accident before. be careful when it is busy. the area is always kept clean and the whole food here tastes great. I never ate that I didn't like. I will be coming back

Third time here in three weeks and third time not encountering the supposed Chick Filet culture. Fist time, I walked in and an employee walked with to go orders in one hand and he didn't bother to greet me, just looked at me, and couldn't make an effort to hold the door open for me to catch it. Second time, a very abbreviated indifferent greeting by the person taking my order atmosphere didn't feel good either. Third time, I approach the store and an old lady is near the doors to leave and an employee walks in and doesn't bother to hold the door for her nor greet her. I had to wait in line for an inordinate time while the person in front of me (an employee) negotiated a free meal deal with the employee on the prep side. That was ok because we were waiting on the order taker to finish her playful conversation with another employee ordering a meal; for several minutes. All the time, two supervisor looking employees were focused on the free meal conversation. They could have helped the line move along by taking orders or at least have conversation with those of us waiting in line while a long casual conversation went on. When I finally get to place my order the employee just looks at me like she wants to enter a staring competition...so I wait and she finally grunted is this to go or stay. The employee that eventually came out with my to go order just looked at me and held the bag out. No words at all like thank you or have a good night. Won't return here for many months or so. Maybe never. Plenty of other options near by.
