The Yard - Phoenix

The service was really slow, we didn't even get glasses of water until almost an hour and a half of sitting there. Apps took over an hour to be ready and then they told us the apps would be on the house but then they were on the bill. We had about 5 different servers and the process was pretty incoherent. The food was great though!

The food was horrible, and so expensive!! Service was great can't remember his name, but it was a different name and he had a facial piercing. It was 125 dollars for only 2 people. That's ridifor a dry cold French dip and a burgerOrdered a patron margaritas which was clearly not patron, but charged for premium liquor. Parking is only valet and the parking lot is small and cramped.

I love this place and have will come back. We had a weird situation where a waiter bumped in to me and spilt a beer, he was so rude and acted as if it were my fault and was completely put off. Our waiter was fantastic, so nice and attentive so it didn't take away from our experience.

Usually have had great experiences at CD locations. The one downtown was awful. Parking was a nightmare, over an hour wait on food (had a reservation). When food finally came around my chicken Katsu sandwich was literally cold. And after an hour wait you can imagine my frustration. So sad because this venue is huge and looked fun.

We came to celebrate my nephew's 22nd birthday. Reservations is the way to go. For starters we had the soft pretzel provolone creamy cheese! For our entree's we had the Shaved Prime Rib Sandwich with Au Ju dip sauce. The appetizer came out instantly, as well as the main meals. Enjoyed the flavors of the dishes. The dessert was also amazing. Very loud and energetic environment, with lots of outside space.
