Southern Fried - Phoenix

Delicious southern food! Been looking for a new place for awhile now. Just stumbled onto this place, and we Will be back!

First time eating at this restaurant. Customer service was excellent. I ordered the #3 2 chicken wings and 5 shrimp, substituted fries for greens and Mac and cheese. The whole chicken wings were huge and fried to perfection. The shrimp were the real deal butterflies and also fried to perfection. The Mac and cheese was delicious. My only complaint was the greens, they were way to salty. I tried 3 times to eat them, but just couldn't do it. If the greens had been on point, it would have been a perfect 5. My friend had a #3 with fried okra, she gave the meal a perfect 5. When I am in the area again I will try them, especially after seeing the smoked turkey legs after they were pulled from the smoker.

Crispy fried, well seasoned chicken. The fried zucchini was amazing. I will definitely be back.

Food is amazing customer service is awesome! My favorite non vegan/vegetarian restaurant in South Phoenix!Vegetarian options: Owner Jason made sure he catered to his vegetarian customers by making one of the best cabbage dishes I've ever had, the day after I was in looking for something vegetarian. He said.. say less.. I love that he heard and created!
