Arby's - Phoenix

Ordered two of their chicken ranch sandwiches. Both were 80-20% breading over chicken and were hard as a rock. I ended up spitting out huge chunks of rock hard crust and tossed the second one in a dumpster. Why bother offering up that garbage? Also tried their Wagyu burger. First time it was pretty decent. Hot and fresh. Second time it was cold, hard and devoid of any meat flavor. Timing is everything at Arby 's. I 've been reminded to stay away again....went back for some reason. Ordered the two for $6 roast beef sandwiches. The meat has zero flavor and it 's like rubber. Plus you get about half of what you did 5 years ago. I used to love Arby 's. Don 't they realize why the restaurant was completely empty at 5:45 pm?
