Fresh good with great food decoration. Recommended by my best friend and need to give thumb up. Just only one tiny thing to improve, wasabi, hope it can be more spicy.
Pictures do not make the experience fairness, eating is amazing! atmosphere and service are on par, the tasting menu at $60, which feeds at least 2 people is spectacular value for money and such a joy to eat, of course. so much care and love to detail is what they feel in every dish and the owner and cook is a warm and gracious host.
Le Broken Plate, from one of my friends in singapur. reservation for weeks recomended and ask for bar seats. this is one of my best solo trip to the din alone on le broken plate, I have reservations on my hotel and asked to have a slot in the restaurantbar. the cook prepared most dishes on the barthek and they can interact with it. Eating is really good, very large portions and it is a mix of Japanese and khmer merged omakase. salmon and oyster dishes were my favourite dishes. service: the personal speaks basically English and the chef makes all decisions. if you need something, the cook is everything for your request. location: alittle turn through the opposite, as there are too many club, pub and the street are dirty. they have their own transport when they go there. I don't think there's a dress code. price: I ordered the $40 usd menu and basic on food quality, quantity and total experience. I'll be right when you want to experience Grandmakase food. total experience: highly recommended if you're looking for meeresfruit and granace experience. I'll get my friends back when they're here for the vacation.
