Very beautiful spot overlooking the Mekong River. Simple art deco inspired decor, it really is breath taking during the night. Great selection of gin cocktails and non gin drinks. I got a delicious French 75. It's a very stylish place to get away from the dive and gogo bars in the nearby area.
