Odered snitty and chips with gravy but gravy was like greasy idk if thats the taste or was it actually the original taste of the restaurant but atmosphere is great. Could do better with gravy . I ordered a coffee here once, morning of 21 March. Served by a lady barista, then asked assistance from a guy who looked like a manager standing beside the barista. And this manager looking guy is probably the most arrogant and discriminating person I have ever met with the eye roll and obviously not wanting to assist because of my background. Ordered room service tonight, House special was the Chicken Schnitzel... It arrived at our room within minutes... CHEERING! Very dark and overcooked breadcrumb... and RAW CHICKEN in the centre! Now it's pretty ORDINARY to be served raw chicken, yeh? WELL, HERES WHERE IT GETS INTERESTING.. a little PLASTIC tub of gravy came with the meal, which was, in effect, melted and distorted from being in the microwave whilst heating the gravy! It's not something you expect in a rated hotel complex even if the restaurant may be a separate entity anyhow. FSANZ (Food Standards Aus NZ) may be interested In conclusion, the meal was disposed of and No 10 is NOT a place to eat... EVER! Food: 1 Service: 3
