Silver Mill - Philipsburg

Went on a Saturday drive and stumbled on The Silver Mill. Lovely place. It's hard to believe there used to be a bowling alley upstairs! I recommend checking this place out!

This was my 1st time eating at the Silver Mill, and it was amazing. I will definitely be back again. I had the 6oz sirloin, and it was cooked perfectly and tasted phenomenal. Finished off my meal with the Creme Brulee, and it was soooooooo good. The service and atmosphere were perfect! Love this place.

We ordered the rib eyes steaks at $55 each they were to come with a chimichurri sauce but didn’t have it on steaks. The veggies were plain and simple no salad. The waitress didn’t give us water. I asked for compound butter they had with another steak dinner but she served me plain butter. It was not worth $55 each I would not eat there again. Service was a 2

We were passing by and stumbled upon this gem! We had the shrimp scampi, tenderloin special with grilled brussel sprouts and cauliflower on a savory sauce, and the soup flight. My husband usually doesn't like veggies and he ate it up! The dishes were all very beautifully presented and super delicious! The staff was also very personable and friendly. We were glad we stopped by what a great dining experience!
