Wendy's - Philadelphia

I am locked at the wendy’s picking up a door order the front door is locked I go thru laufwerk thru no body told me to hold on a second they just let me sit and not say so that I think it must be broken because why don’t they say hello they give me a second? I'm moving around and the window worker gets angry with me that I don't wait on the intercom, but never came to the intercom! I have to go back. No stars for this

I got a chicken BLT sandwich, very delicious. They didn't put my lettuce, tomato ooor extra pickle tho. ?Parking: Maybe 25

Kareema was taking the order! She didn’t even make an eye contact with me, no greeting nothing! I felt like I don’t exist ?! How come someone like her works in customer service, I don’t really understand! They have no focus on customer service! That’s a shame for Wendy’s

The person that took our order the intercom was so pleasant. I made sure I complimented her on her professionalism and excellent customer service.Vegetarian options: They need to expand there selections because people get tried of salads
