Wendy's - Philadelphia

$5 bag with a strawberry frosty Hot food fresh fries Burger seem to have shrunken guess the recession ...looks more like a white castle burger however besides the size great tasting burger. Loving the strawberry frosty.

Eating was fresh and hot. the young lady on the drive-dru window with arm tattoos was completely rude and respectful. she threw her hand out the window for the form of payment. it has not made a gruß, the order confirmed or total. my brother still talked to her when he handed out her card, she said nothing and hit the window. she gave him the bag with the food, said nothing and hit the window again. they should not work in the food industry. very bad experience thanks to this person.

Worst Wendy's workers ever! Lazy, Rude, and could careless how long you wait. Soda machine does not work.Food: 4/5

I tried this Wendys 2 times since the one closer to Temple has issues. This one is WORSE. 1st attempt, walked in, Freestyle machine is off, nobody staffed inside. I use the drive thru. Got my food back. Incorrect drink, baked potato looked like it was ran over by a truck. OK fine. About 6 weeks later, I tried again. Ordered on the app. Walked in, Freestyle machine STILL DOWN. My order should of been made, but it wasnt even started. Woman then starts to pour some sort of tea and hands it to me. I asked her if this was mine, she said yes. Except I ordered a Mello Yellow. She says I dont know what that is so this is the closest thing I have . I tell her its from the Freestyle machine. She checks... all out of Mello Yellow. OK fine, how about Strawberry Sprite? All out. Daves Orange Cream? All out. I asked what DO you have? Get my food. Baked Potato came with honey mustard instead of sour cream. I return to the counter to exchange them, nope, all out of sour cream! No napkins condiments or utensils out either. Awful Wendys. What DO you sell? Sadly, whomever is the regional manager of these doesn 't care as they NEVER reply to the survey 's or a request to speak with someone about my experience.

The person taking my order yesterday afternoon must have been new. He was slow taking my order. My sandwich seemed somewhat thrown together. The frosty was good. My fries were a little over cooked.Just okay on this visit. Usually they're a little better than this.
