South Street Souvlaki - Philadelphia

This restaurant serves the best Mediterranean food in the city. Everything is absolutely fantastic, and it is my favorite spot in town. The staff is awesome.

The food is consistently delicious and made with fresh ingredients. I have never had a disappointing meal at this restaurant in the 25 years I've been coming here.

Everything we ordered was delicious. The Soutzakakia was especially good.

My gyro was so perfect. Pita seemed to be fresh and the cucumber sauce was amazing. and the dolmas were so good too.

I have always loved South Street Souvlaki and I know they have the best food. My gyro platter wasn't quite what I expected, but I absolutely adore the Turlu and the perfectly seasoned rice. It was worth every penny spent! I will definitely be ordering from them more often now that I know they are on DoorDash.
