Bidra med feedbackThe staff at this restaurant are amazing, especially the security and event coordinator! Danny was fantastic to collaborate with and coordinate service with, he was always responsive and answered all of my questions. I required accessibility and the security team ensured I felt safe navigating the stairs, they were incredibly attentive and caring. The karaoke room was beautiful and had a fantastic atmosphere, with very friendly people. The arcade was one-of-a-kind and so much fun! I had a great time at Latin night in the club with a really good DJ. I will definitely be returning.
I am also disappointed they reduced the included champagne to .5 bottles per person. Their previous responses about rising costs make 0 sense. We looked up the bottles they gave us and they cost $7 each. So each bottle probably got $1-2 more expensive over the pandemic so its justification to give half the amount??Seeing their previous disclosure against providing bottomless its clear this is just an attempt to trick people into buying additional drinks at the bar. The $50 face value is a trap. after fees and additional drinks you will end up over $100 in the hole per person
Quite literally one of the worst places I ever visited.Specifically addressing the reply from Rec Royal team: no, it’s not just not up to my taste. Every single part of this place is tasteless and very poorly made very loud badly tuned music, very mediocre food, screamingly tasteless interior design, absolutely not intuitive navigation inside and so on…Overall place pretends to be luxurious but even glasses are plastic.
I came here for my sister 's 30th birthday. The place overall was a decent vibe. A mix of hip-hop and reggaeton for music. I am giving it a 3/5 because I felt the food was very salty, interactions that I had with the DJs, and they do not serve hookah. The eggs, tenders, tots, etc. I just couldn 't get away from the salt after trying multiple foods. (Buffet style) Also, I went up to the booth to request a song (to obviously make sure my sister was enjoying her time) and instead of the DJs simply saying we aren 't taking requests at this time like normal human beings they didn 't acknowledge me and started waving me away which I felt was highly unnecessary and rude. lol like who does that? All the while my group was the only people dancing near the stage all day for brunch. Everyone else stayed in their own sections. I know Hookah is a preference thing but for the amount of money they want to charge it should be an option. Our server was very sweet so shout out to her. There are definitely better spots in Philly to attend for a birthday celebration but for a random Saturday it 's cool.
I attended a going-away brunch here. You are paying for an experience first and foremost that is accompanied by food drinks. The waitstaff, DJ and atmosphere were top-notch! It had a nightclub vibe in the middle of the day that was helped by the lack of windows and booming sound system. The sign outside is easy to miss while driving, so just look for the small crowd waiting to get in, or the line if you're arriving after opening time. I couldn't find anyone who knew exactly what the parking situation was, so I did reach out via the site and got the following response:We unfortunately do not have onsite parking. We do have a lot near us on 18 and Samson, also 19th and JFK and valet at the hotels near us Palomar and Sofatel. Hoping this helps anyone else not familiar with the area!Parking: Unfortunately, they do not have onsite parking. They do have a lot near them on 18 and Samson, also 19th and JFK and valet at the hotels near them (Palomar and Sofatel). Sofatel was directly across the street.
