Bidra med feedbackAs I write this, I am standing in line waiting. At 6:53 ish p.m., I placed a mobile order to be picked up at 7:30. I walk in the doors at 7:32. They don't have my order. So I wait surrounded by a small group of people who are already frustrated because they've been waiting for their order. At 7:50, they ask me for the order name and I tell them. The lady replies that they're still waiting for something to be made. Twenty minutes past my time and my food's not even done. And I ordered a half hour before pickup time. It's now 7:55, there is one other person in line and she said my food still isn't done. 3 minutes to 8:00 and I finally have my food. At least they got the order correct this time.
I have been here several times always greeted with a welcome, food is always fresh and hot ? I would recommend getting there closer to noon. I went there about 20 after 11 am and only had about 4 choices the rest was being cooked.Food: 4/5
Met the soon to be GM Josh here. Amazing person, extremely hospitable, and isnt afraid to check on his customers, something you NEVER see in fast food. The chefs and cashiers are very on point and friendly, food was fresh, and his Assistant Manager is quick, taking accurate orders. This is my favorite PE spot and now that Josh is here it makes it even better ??
It took 10 minutes to check me out. I was ignored as though I wasn't even standing there at the cashier line . I wasn't offered anything for my patients, until I asked for a free fountain soda for waiting so long to be checked out, The top manager gave me a small courtesy cup which was an insult. A large cup should have been provided for my long wait.The Manager or may I say the Top Manager was stuck up and not sensitive to the customer......I will be reporting this to Corporate.
WORST CHINESE FOOD IT WAS COLD CHICKEN EGGROLLS WERE BURNT I WAS TOLD BY STAFF THAT 'S THE WAY WE COOK THEM I SHOULD HAVE WALKED OUT WHEN ANOTHER CUSTOMER WITH KIDS ORDERED NOODLES SAW THEY WERE BURNT THEN WALKED OUT WHO DOES THE TRAINING OF EMPLOYEES FOR THE WYNCOTE STORE VERY INCOMPETENT ? ? NO ONE CARED TO RECOOK ANY OF THE BURNT DISHES WERE THEY TRAINED R THEY TOLD TO SERVE THE PUBLIC GARBAGE?? FIRST TIME LAST TIME PATRONIZING A RESTAURANT IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD RESULTS: ? ? UPSET STOMACH
