The reviews have been decidedly mixed, but I was staying in Ritt Square and thought I 'd give the place a try. Luckily I was tipped off to the cash only policy. Start with the tiramisu which was one of the best I 've ever had but avoid the veal which was overcooked possibly due to being pounded too thin. The grilled calamari was excellent. Won 't rush back because there is lost of good Italian cooking in Philly but I just might come back. I liked the staff alot.

Just terrific. The four of us seniors shared salads, pasta, veal and chicken. Everyone enjoyed everything. Service was terrific; some of the small group wanted changes/variations of menu items and they were taken care of without complaint or difficulty. Prices were quite reasonable. Finally, the owner, Dominic Oriolo was present and a real charmer!

We have eaten there for many years. Last week we found the food disappointing on Monday night. Chef’s night off??
