This is a great restaurant where you can enjoy both drinks and food, with very friendly staff.
Whoever is the lady who answers the phone in this place must resign or resign. Beyond rude and kiss demon teeth to answer simple questions. The cow's heel soup is good and all and some other things, but I've never seen a lot in there so that they answer as hostile to the phone as you harass them, try to protect the business. The man Bertie has his good days and bad days, but the inconvenience in customer service is a big shutdown.
