Garden's Pizza - Philadelphia

Went in today ordered a turkey hoagie and buffalo wings. Asked for my wings to be well done. Made sure that the person taking the order, whom I believe may have been the manager, acknowledged my request. Well, my wings were not cooked well done, asrequested, rendering them, for me, inedible. The hoagie wasn 't bad but, it wasn 't what I wanted to eat in the moment. I wasvery disappointed and annoyed that my request was ignored. I say ignored because there weren 't any other customers in the storetherefore, there seemed to be nothing that would hinder the wings from being cooked for additional minutes. If my request wouldcause a problem, I would have rather been told and I would have kept my money. I don 't have a problem with being told No but,I do have a problem throwing money away.

The most overpriced pizzeria in Philadelphia. You could not get any more basic than this place and yet they charge more than all their competitors. Do Not waste your hard earned money for their overpriced, unimpressive food. I can?t believe your business isstill open with the prices as high as they are for such low quality of food.

To be honest the food is not the best but it is convenience because I go to a school across the street from the restaurant but today I went to the store on my lunch break ready to get something to eat I did not have any cash on me but I only had $20 andsome change on my card so I decided to use the ATM machine to do a withdrawal I complete the withdrawal but I did not receivethe cash it took the money off of my card but the machine did not give me any money so I go to the counter and tell them whathappens they tell me I have to call the number that is on the ATM machine I called the number the phone rang they pick up andthey hang up on me I tell a man who was very rude that work there that was all the money that I had to eat for today and if theycould just reimburse me the money that the ATM machine took from me after waiting my whole lunch break in half an hour finallyhe gets on the phone with someone and they must?ve told him to not give me the money and for me to call the ATM owner and hewould reimburse me the money that I did not receive now after waiting a half an hour to get this situation resolved thankingthat they would have good customer service and just reimburse me the money that was taken from me but that did not happen theyhave very bad customer service skills here as someone who does business with you you do not treat your customers that way I willnever do business at this restaurant ever again even though it is convenient

It was good. It's hard to get good pizza around here and I liked it.Food: 4/5

Terrible customer experience was left on the hold for 5 mins then got banged on and waiting till like 30 mins after placing my order to tell me they don’t deliver to the address I provided
