Frame - Philadelphia

I went here for my birthday i did know they closed @4 in order to open back up later for nightlife but what I didn’t know was that the kitchen closes around 2:45 we got there late around 2:30 so my brunch was rushed I wasn’t able to enjoy the bottomless mimosas. They were nice do have a 60 min grace period I just wish they were a bit more clear about closing times and time limits.

We booked the NYE experience which was a pre fixe menu. Upon arriving to the restaurant, we were presented with a pre fixe menu that was completely different from the one they advertised on Open Table the one on OT was last years… They were kind enough to adjust the price of our meal because the price was more expensive that the meal advertised for last year $85 vs $75 , but my boyfriend noticed their tax calculation is wrong on each of the receipts they gave us charging tax at 10%! . The food was not worth the price or hassle this experience brought. The staff was friendly but the issue with the bill and the menu advertising seemed scammy.

We went on New Year’s Eve. The 3 course chef’s menu advertised on Open Table was not what was being offered . The server was accommodating and allowed us to order off the regular menu. He was pleasant and attentive All of our party were very pleased with our meals

My second time at Frame and it did not disappoint. The service food is consistent. The French toast is GREAT!!! The owner was so hospitable and attentive. I love this place for brunch. Haven’t been for dinner but friends say the dinner is great too

Interesting menu with great options for meat and seafood lovers as well as vegetarians. Salmon, chicken, and pasta dishes were all a hit, as were the shared appetizers of roasted cauliflower, burrata and truffle fries. Cool atmosphere- noise level is moderate because of background music, which we very much enjoyed. Drinks were excellent and prices reasonable. Service was attentive and efficient. Tableside bananas foster flambee and chocolate lava cake ended the night memorably.
