Felly Bistro On Pass - Philadelphia

We had the best burgers and a red velvet cheesecake dessert last night. This place is a true neighborhood gem. The servers are very fun and friendly while being totally professional. Our server Jack was funny and top-notch. Awesome place to have in walking distance.

A very good addition to the neighborhood. The menu is small but the food was very good. The three course tasting menu is an unbelievable bargain. We will be back.

Nice neighborhood bistro with innovative delicious food, vegan options and great service. Love the French onion soup, the mussels , the cauliflower entree is outstanding, the salmon with the zucchini pasta was really good. Being a BYOB makes it so much better

Not a great experience last night at Felly. My chicken entree was overly salty and I really didn’t care for the pan fried preparation (although perhaps I didn’t read the menu description carefully). The veggies were swimming in very salty brown gravy. I normally take home my leftovers for next day’s lunch, but not this meal. The server was very friendly and personable but it was a long wait to get our food. My husband ordered a burger and thought it was “fair.” We’ve had better meals there. Perhaps we hit an off nite. Also, there was a large party who were practically screaming; even though the place was empty but for 2 tables, it was very hard for us to hear one another.
