Cincin - Philadelphia

I took my wife here for her birthday and we were not disappointed. Marketed as an Asian French Fusion restaurant, the place has an elegant interior. The service was attentive and excellent. The food was outstanding. We enjoyed everything we had. All of the meat was tender and flavorful. The only caveat was the drinks which were a bit watered down but that wasn't enough to knock it down a star. Definitely try this place out!

This location is such a great spot for a dinner with friends or even a date night. I was visiting family in town and my cousin recommended this place as she has been here before. The owners are the sweetest and the food was exceptional. The appetizers were great we had the scallion pizza, Shrimp and Chicken Seaweed rolls and Chicken wings with angry sauce (it was not so angry). The we had our entrées and dessert as seen in the pictures. Also we had some delicious watermelon margaritas. The only negative and I would not remove a star for is parking as that is not in their control. The parking lot only holds about 10 spots so most likely you'll have to find street parking. But it's so worth the time spent there as the food was excellent

Wonderful dinner! Excellent and friendly service. Wonderful clientele and atmosphere. We had lamb skewers and wings for apps both were delightful. Our main course choices were the Brandy Brandy Infused Sichuan Beef and Peking Duck which were also both fantastic. Finally we finished with tiramisu and Cappuccino Creme Brûlée. Everything we tried was wonderful.

Great birthday dinner celebration for the girls!! Add always the food was amazing as were the drinks. We had the angry wings, crispy spring rolls, spareribs, crab crab and shrimp fried rice. Crispy fish, pad Thai and a few other things.... So much flavor, great ambiance and attentive service

Ok hear me out...Me and my girlfriend both agree that CinCin officially has the BEST wings we've EVER had! They were just perfect. Nice and crunchy on the outside (not overly crunchy/fried though), the meat was hot, moist and juicy. The house sauce was absolutely delicious. I would honestly come back here just for the wings! My entree was the Beef oxtail and that was delicious as well. Ambiance was nice and the staff was very accommodating/ friendly! I'll definitely be returning.
