Chipotle Mexican Grill - Philadelphia

The worst chipotle I've ever had, I'll never come back. they never have their order ready when they order ahead, the employees try not to help, and if they ever get their order, it is always terrible.

Yo this food is so good and amazing. They have the best customer service and my order is always done on time.

The girl putting the food on you plate I so RUDE! I asked her a question and she literally rolled her eyes at me and didn’t answer me waiting for me to leave. Went I left she started laughing with her coworkers and u just feel so bad! never coming back. Plus she didn’t Even putted enough food in my plate It seems that she hates working here

The absolute worst Chipotle in Philadelphia that I have experienced. The employees are cold, angry and look miserable every single time, never fails. No greeting or smiles, ever. They make you feel unwelcomed, and I ask myself why I constantly go through the long lines just to pay for horrible service and quality. 2 times now that they have completely butchered my order. How is this Chipotle still in business?! I work in the city, so it's more convenient to come here versus the Chipotle on 16th and Walnut but honestly, take the extra steps and go to that one. I will not be spending any more money here. AVOID THIS CHIPOTLE AT ALL COSTS.

I work in the building and have gone here a bunch of times but am not going back. Every single time I get a burrito, it's always soggy. They could take a couple seconds and let the beans, salsa, etc. drain before putting them in the burrito but they don't. By the time they're rolling it up it's always a wet soggy mess, and I'm never looking forward to eating it. Because it's wet and poorly rolled, it falls apart pretty quick so make sure you get a fork. I like Chipotle in general, but this location is just a dud.
