Capital One 360 Café - Philadelphia

Stumbled across this and man what a awesome place! Good coffee with diary free options, its a atm there that you can pay your credit card bill and people there to help you. The one thing I thought was different were the nooks. You can have study groups, have a meeting, or chill and catch up on your work in a quiet setting.

5 stars to Capital One and their great customer service! A few weeks ago I had an issue with another bank where my card was being charged repeatedly and I was having difficulty getting my funds reimbursed. My family and I decided to open two accounts with Capital One and I have been very pleased! The individuals at this Capital One Café have been incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and it’s been a great experience. Capital One truly prides itself on great customer service which is such a refreshing change from other businesses in the area. Capital One customer service even sent me a bouquet of roses when they heard of my distressing experience with another bank and were happy to know of a volunteer work that I do with animals. It was the most wonderful surprise to come home to a bouquet of roses from Capital One! I never would expect a bank to send me flowers but they’ve also given me lovely free gifts such as goody bags from their store and also generous discounts by using their card at a café. For a long time, I wanted to get one of their cards to get a discount on their beverages, which now I have and I can’t believe that I save 50% on all beverages just by using my debit card with Capital One! I’m very impressed with Capital One they have customer service right and they have it down to a science where they are professional, warm, kind caring and welcoming. My only suggestion would be to have more banks with branches in addition to the lovely cafés. I’m very pleased to have started banking here I feel that it was a great decision on my part. I haven’t decided as to whether I will close my bank accounts with my other bank, but I am definitely thinking about starting to use Capital One more, because it has been a much better experience for me overall.

Best place to study all day !!! During staying in Philly, the first place I thought for study it's here!! Much more best for Capital one clients, we get the discount per purchase. The restroom is also clean.

One of the best cafes I’ve worked in and spent time in. Nice atmosphere for studying and getting work done. On weekends they make all beverages for a dollar, I believe this is only during December 2021. Staff are friendly and amazing.
