Bidra med feedbackSo, I tried this place twice. My boyfriend got the food for me. The first time I got pepper steak, mac and cheese and cabbage. The pepper steak was good, but it was loaded with peppers and onions. It was more peppers then pepper steaks, which was kinda weird. But the little steak I had it was nice and tender and flavorful. The cabbage had vegetables in them {e.g., corn, peas} and this was my first time every having this. I did not like it at all.However, the Mac and Cheese hands down was very good. I mean a 10/10.My only issues are you go there for a dish and the dish is not ready. According to the guy ITS MADE TO ORDER and then that 's about 20- 30 minutes from that point.The 2nd time I went I had jerk chicken. The inside of the chicken was a little pinker than what I wanted. The rice was a bit hard. So, I think after the 2nd time I want go back again, the complete meal has to be at least an 8 not just certain foods.Dietary restrictions: n/a
Food was excellent except they ran out of Mac n cheese so I had to substitute rice n beans. Otherwise no complaints also hefty portions!
The bartender is BOMB! But the food...I mean...i order my usual as I would with Olive Branch...and it's just bleh...Chesapeake Pasta had no color nor flavor..oddly no veggies so i ordered a side of broccoli...a friend ordered the fried shrimp..mush like u would get from a pizza spot...i also ended up pouring butter all over my pasta thinking it was extra sauce cuz well WHY would pasta come with a side of butter?....id come back but id definitely tweek everything
Well, let me start from the beginning, the restaurant is a dump, they don’t know how to cook and their cream of crab soup tastes like a garbage. Yet, they charge 22% tips and a sure charge. I don’t recommend this dump.
Absolutely delicious, ox tail and candied yams are beyond
