Bistro 24 - Philadelphia

Unbelievable, our waitress was rude, slow, and seemed like she didn?t give a care in the world. Our refills took longer to get than what it feels like an eternity, our waitress rolled her eyes at us and gave bad attitude!

Located within the Golden Moon Casino. Food is okay but we only dined there once due to slow service and it wasn?t even that busy, waitress was nice though but could?ve been more attentive. Wife had the wings, she usually eats them all but not thistime. I had the patty melt with fries. I didn?t care for the patty melt as it lacked flavor/seasoning, very bland and I had toadd mayo and salt to it. Hopefully they will address the lack of service

The food here is delicious and perfect for satisfying your hunger after a night of gambling. Every bite was enjoyable, and it made me want to gamble again! I also really love the design of the restaurant.

I was visiting from out of town and arrived around 5:15 PM. I stood by the entrance for several minutes without seeing any staff members. Eventually, I was seated, but after waiting for 10 minutes without anyone greeting me or taking my order, I noticed another couple being seated a few tables away. The waitress warmly greeted them with a hug and promptly took their order. It was quite a contrast to my experience. Frustrated, I decided to leave. This might not seem like a big issue, but I wanted to bring it to your attention: your staff seems to lack customer service skills. I work in customer service myself, so I understand how challenging it can be to find good staff. It's important to focus on this, especially since many restaurants are closing these days.

The manager really needs to train their staff to be faster and more efficient. The employees are incredibly unprofessional, and it seems like the manager doesn’t care about the quality of service at all. The service is extremely slow and disappointing. I would much prefer to go to Stats Sports Bar and Grill, as they clearly prioritize good service compared to Bistro 24. This experience was a joke; I seriously advise against visiting this place. Mama Mia and Stats Sports Bar and Grill offer much quicker and better service, without a doubt! Bistro 24 could really use some new management to improve things.
