Bidra med feedbackThe venue was not staffed appropriately. Reservations were not required, open seating. Took over 20 minutes for the table to be acknowledged and served. The food arrived 1 hr later and when asked about the status of the food the server/bartender/cashier (1 person) stated the food is probably up then walked away. Food received was lukewarm and wrong. Terrible customer service not what I expect from the Marriott brand.
We were sat under a painting with 2x4 wood it was screwed into visible, they told my husband they didn’t have a beer he could see in the fridge behind the bar, and the food was very bland. Would not recommend. They also did not have breakfast available either. Hotel was amazing…. Food not great.
There was a single server/bartender, and she did an outstanding job, with no complaint. The food was great.
Bartender was cold and rude, food was bland, I should have gotten toast points but it was just warmed sliced bread. The drinks were good, but that 's about it. Not worth it as a whole.
The food was greasy and it took a VERY long time to get menus, drinks (just water and a seltzer) and our appetizers. All in all it was a 2 hour marathon. I tipped the server well because it was beyond his control. He was the bartender working the dining tables too, no help. I get that there is a staff shortage nationwide, so I didn't hold it against him. But the food sucked.
