A well-located hotel with beautiful views, Falasarna itself is a several-kilometer long complex of beaches located on the west coast of Crete between Elafonisi and Balos. In itself a good accommodation. However, without knowing it, we were billeted in the neighboring hotel (which forms one building). After 3 days we got the room we had actually booked, where the shower didn't overflow. We were also stung several times in bed on the first night. It is questionable whether the beds are cleaned thoroughly The view and the location, on the other hand, are really great!

During our stay in Falassarna we spent the night in Falassarna Beach Studios and Apartments. For me this is highly recommended, we had a beautiful stylish room. This was equipped with a small kitchen with refrigerator, stove and some basic kitchen items. A table inside and one outside on the balcony, which had a sea view, which is a bonus. Overall, a very nice studio to stay in. The reception was also extremely friendly and helpful. We don't check in until 7:30pm and this was no problem at all and went smoothly. I would say highly recommended for an overnight stay. I booked through airbnb. Rooms: Beautiful rooms, lots of space, this was a corner room with two balconies. Air conditioning worked perfectly. Small kitchen and nice bathroom Walkability: In Falassarna everything is a bit apart, you will either have to get in the car for 5 minutes or walk for 30 minutes Food drinks: There is a restaurant nearby and there are several others within a 3-minute walk.

Super cool place. I had previously been to Agios Marina and I must admit that it was with great relief that I moved to Falassarna. There are no stalls, no noise. There is a great atmosphere, great views, delicious food, a nice apartment with a terrace and a sea view... everything is 10! Rooms: Large.clean.kitchenette and great terrace Nearby activities: You can walk along the beach itself for several kilometers. Varied line, lots of rocks, never boring. There is an ancient falassarna nearby, but it can only be seen from the point near the chapel. The area is closed. There is also a marked trail from Falassarna to Balos. Unfortunately, I couldn't find the path. Everything is fenced Safety: I was alone and felt very safe

Great location. But a bit far from the nearest town. The beach is a 3-minute walk away. The rooms are new, the air conditioning works great and is quiet. You can see the sea from the balcony. There are supermarkets, restaurants and bars in the area. Rooms: 5 Service: 4 Location: 5
