Tony's Jamaican Food - Pflugerville

I have the Curry Chicken Lunch Special. Every part was beautiful! (And so affordable, wow! The only reason I gave a 4-star hotel... You must take this from the menu! So beautiful and tasteful as the rest of your meal is that Mac n Chz has no business to be there! Plus, $4 for such a small part of Mac n Chz was not enthusiastic about it.

OMG Here is AMAZEBALLS! We found this local jewel during the house hunting in the neighborhood. It's in a pretty dead strip of shopping mall, so we didn't have high hopes. We wanted Jamaican food and boy we were glad we stopped! The host/Cashier was absolutely sweet and explained to us all different dishes. We ended up with the very recommended oxtail stew plate with rice tarts. I love oxtails, but my partner doesn't. It was SO GOOD that he ran over the first oxtail shell. It also recruits the chicken patty (it is essentially a meat pit). It was so good, we ordered (2) more for the road a beef a chicken! We have Jamaican food in various cities and this is the hands below the best! It is not excessively salted like most places; it is perfectly seasoned, the meat melts in your mouth and the pastry was divine! We plan to make this place a weekly place! See you soon! Fantastic food! Everything tasted so amazing and the portion sizes were huge! All flavors go together. I had the ruck wings and they had the perfect amount of sauce and wort. The staff was so friendly. I will definitely come back!

IT! The flavors were in the Jamaican style and I could not feel more satisfied than I had a homemade meal from all over the Caribbean. Tried the Ruck Chicken and the Ochse/Gat Combo with rice and beans. Not disappointed. We will definitely have a reason to come back to Pflugerville.

I have loved this place since coming here on a whim a few years ago. The people are so friendly and helpful. Feel free to ask their recommendations. My absolute favorite dish is the oxtail. The meat is so tender and falls off the bone! The plantains that come with the meal are AMAZING. I've been once for lunch and they serve 4 lunch specials at $8 such a steal! I've only had the lunch brown stew chicken which was also so so good. Tony's is truly a hidden gem.
