Bidra med feedbackI'm not gone lie when they said we're short, I said okay, but when the time was over and they said, give us a second, please there are only two of us I knew it was something else. They were respectful, overhauled, engaged, though motivated and I wasn't in a Taco-Kabana in a year and a half because I moved to the east coast, but they didn't give us so much food the ugly things. It took a while for our food, but it was freshly delicious and THEY NEED A RAISE because dedicated is an understatement and they were so respectful!! I wish I had their names, but it was 9/10/22 night.
I just went to the din, but wanted to use the toilet room to wash my hands. They are locked with order marks and no other hand washing stations for dining room guests. Isn't that against the health code? Can you serve food bricks and mortar with hand wash stations? Will try somewhere with working toilets and sanitation environment.
First, if you expect to get a 5-star review, you should try to serve your customers food that they pay. My meal waits about 20 minutes to watch others served before me. ok it happens. But when I met 30 minutes, I decided to ask. The manager said you gave an order? Very annoying. I would give a negative assessment if it were possible.
Unfortunately ordered online and it processed my payment and gave me a pickup time of 10:30, but then came to the store and all the doors were locked and had to go through the drive thru to say that they were closed. There were also three cars behind me so I'm sure they had the same problems. You couldn't refund my money and I had to contact the company. They called and took my info and they told me someone from the customer service would contact me about my refund. It was two days and no one from business or this business is from any help. Buyer Careful if you order online. You take your money and you can or cannot get your food. Will come back and update when and when I get a refund so that you can have an idea of time frame customer service, the problem will correct. Update. I got a call and we negotiated so I could pick up my order instead of a refund. 5 stars because their employee Gabby took the initiative and solved the problem.
Upon getting home and taking out my order, I discovered that my steak fajita cabana bowl was missing key components such as rice, beans, and lettuce, containing only some steak fajita, pico, and sour cream. Frustrated, I attempted to contact the store by phone multiple times with no luck, and also filled out an online form with no response. Overall, my experience was disappointing and I do not plan on returning to this restaurant.
