Panera Bread - Pflugerville

I was surprised to see food on the ground on the tables, although they were wiped. The beverage machine was in unrepair with a bucket on the ground that took over liquid. The cabins must be resumed, which is added to the unkempt image. It's too bad, I had good experiences with other Panera Breads before.

Food is good, but a bit pricy for a serving even sandwich compound. The cashier asked what size drink small, medium, etc. I said little so he changed for medium. What I don't understand is Panera, who needs a tip. Tipping should be reserved for excellence without expecting from the cashier. Here is a new idea why not pay a living wage to your staff? Panera could consider repairing their torn seats!

I eat there often. Love soups and baguettes there. My 3 stars are due to the lack of cleanliness around the beverage area. I was there at 11:30 a.m. where the staff emptied the beverage containers in plastic bags during the lunch break. The area had to be wiped. The area where you dump garbage was bad. There were empty cups through the napkin containers and needed cleaning. That was all before 12 o'clock. Only an additional note no paper towels in the bathroom.

I forgot to order drinks when I placed my order online. When I went to pick up my online order, I went to the front and ordered two large fountain sodas. They rang up for $7.50. I thought it was a mistake. I told her I just wanted two drinks. She said that was the price. I was shocked and asked why it was so high. She responded with Bidenflation . I thought I misheard her. She said it is Biden that caused the company to charge $3.75 a drink. I was shocked she blamed the government for a business decision. Pretty unprofessional comment. Turned my view of the restaurant and won 't be going back.
