Very good, has changed our plans to go here and was very satisfied. the courteous staff was very busy and very efficient to get order quickly and accurately. access and parking is in order, it is in a strip mall parking lot and crowded and they better pay sharp attention to the traffic. the load is clean. 18 years since I was too and was a stone and that you were from the nasa in webster Texas. they have not lost their touch! tasty search for new items on the menu, probably better for my health, that I don't get too often.

Wow. I write this review with an empty stomach and string hanger. I am shocked at the length of time it takes to make a bagel. I went through the drive through to save time as I had a very short lunch break. There were 3 cars in front of me so I didn't think it would take long. Boy was I wrong. It took 12 minutes before I was even able to order. By that time it was too late to get out of line because a car pulled up behind me. After ordering it took another 20 minutes before I made it up to the window. When I got there nobody was at the window to greet me take my card or apologize for the ridiculous wait. I continued to wait but after 5 minutes at the window I had enough and had to leave to get back to work. So after 35 minutes waiting I still didn't get a bagel. Don't waste your time in the drive through here. Very poor management and beyond infuriating experience. If there isn't enough staff to keep the line going at a reasonable pace CLOSE THE DRIVE-THRU

Love Einstein bagels. Had a good meal experience but they do seem a little short handed. Only thing that I did not like was that no one had a net. Not sure if it’s not required by the Health Dept anymore but one particular lady had her hair long and not groomed which made me uneasy about my meal. Thank God she wasn’t peeping it. Other than that, they get 5 stars. .

I think it's much better when it's fresh and eaten in the car or in restaurant. I don't recommend door dash or bringing it home as they get old and the cheese starts being really plastic-like. I liked my ancient grains bagel!
