Crumbl Cookies Pflugerville

The cookies are so big! I did wait a while since the line was long but the cookies are freshly baked and warm when I received them. They have multiple locations, but I went to the one in Pflugerville. Their newest location is in Round Rock! Flavors:Milk chocolate chip Pink velvet cakeCookie butter white chipBrookeBanana cream piePumpkin cheesecakeThe pumpkin cheesecake was my favorite mainly because it wasn't as sweet as the others. They are great for the first few bites, but if you eat them in one sitting, they are too sweet-it's best to share!

Used to be great but prices went up (I get it, inflation), cookies are smaller and have lost in flavor. Now they’re just chunks of sugar. The staff has never been amazing. Also, I don’t understand why they don’t serve coffee. I’d come here a lot more often if they had coffee.

My BF got these because I said I didn't want cake for my birthday! Sooooo good!

The cookies were so good and soft , it’s a very warm cookie . 10/10 must try again

Janae had the WORST customer service ever. We went in, not a single greeting from anyone, just a glare from Janae. She comes over to the iPad to ring us up… still not a hello or eye contact… so I’m staring at her and I say “hi” and she just looks at me and I said “can I order??” And she goes “yeah I’m waiting” and I told her my order. And she says “do you want to leave a tip”, and I just laughed and said sure and left $1. She didn’t give a thank you after the transaction was done or when she tossed my cookie box on the counter. Horrible.
