Being meat lovers we chose the rib of maturation beef... Everything was at the top, the quality of the meat, the perfect cooking, and an original accompaniment. The team is very nice and very professional, and good advice for the choice of wine. We spent a pleasant evening, a place where you feel well and where you are not pushed out at some time. A very warm and friendly place, a place to the height of our expectations. The kitchen is generous and very gourmet. Without forgetting the service, nothing to say ... a dynamic and smiling team
Very good meat, the Iberian apero dish is nice too. On the wine side, the red vacqueras 2021 is top. I highly recommend.
After several meals that had taken place very well, we returned to dinner in this restaurant with great joy! Unfortunately, we did not know that we should have refrained from going there on the evening of reopening... We went from disappointment to disappointment: some suggestions noted on the black table unavailable, as well as several dishes of the map it is the day of reopening, we have not yet been delivered, the other restaurant was delivered before, we often have difficulties to choose, there at least there are less choices), 2 different versions of cards for the 2 guests you have the new card, sir. I order the suggested duck magret... accompanied by grilled polenta. I've got the dish, and I've got some crane potatoes. I signal the error, the waiter returns to the kitchen and answers I was not delivered to polenta. Here comes the moment of dessert: there too, I choose a dessert on the table of suggestions, so that can be barred, changed very easily. The server returns by explaining that such a dessert component is not available and could be substituted by whipped. I decide to stop the massacre there and ask for the addition. When I arrive to settle, the boss's wife asks me how the meal happened, I answer her bof, she asks me for a limiting explanation, she tries to fall from the nues of unavailable products) and then stops behind unsuccessful deliveries. She calls the boss who takes me up, raises the tone and tells me that there can be nothing if her suppliers did not deliver it, that there are unavailability, that he will not bar or erase the suggestions of the table to have to rewrite them the next day, that they haven't had the time to set up, etc... Without any excuse or compassion for the customer well disappointed by his experience... Suggestion: to warn the customer when he reserves his table that it is an evening of reopening and that it has not been possible to predict the quality, professionalism and the usual range to which the customer expects. Another suggestion is to keep the flexibility necessary to have the products matching the suggestions and the map to be able to open in good conditions, diversify its suppliers by intelligently smiling the products so as not to have a supply break. Last suggestion: always put themselves in place of the client when the client is unsatisfied, instead of trying to apologize.
