4 of us visited this restaurant while on holiday. The food was very good quality and packed full of flavour. Very reasonably priced too. We had to sit inside as it was raining and the only slight complaint was the lack of a/c or fans...as it was very warm. Still the food is what matters and that was fab. Well worth a visit if you are holidaying here and the spice urge overcomes you.
We 'd been away from our Australian home for 20 days and our palates were hanging out for some Asian food. We found this Thai restaurant some 100 metres from our vacation apartment and said this looks like us so let 's have dinner . We weren 't considering...a multi dish meal and just commenced with a variety of Nems (similar to Spring Rolls but better). I then had the Crevette Soupe and was surprised how many prawns it contained given the modest price. I was also surprised by the amount of chilli... the heat was right on the borderline of my tolerance level !! My wife had Ginger Chicken and said that the flavour balance was quite perfect. The price of our meal was very modest and we will go back again before we leave Pezenas.
I thought we had a change instead of French cuisine, not disappointed, as it was very good and tasty. I had a bark soup that had a cool kick. scallop main course was excellent and very fast service. highly recommended.
A Thai restaurant in france is a license to print money. it doesn't have to be good, the natives just love something else for a change. come from a multicultural land where authentic Thai food is available at every corner, and the competition is hard, this place would not survive. it is bland and usual, without Thai crumble, no chili, no subtlety for which Thai food is known. the menu here is quite limited. But- it is a change from the usual tariff in pezenas and if in france for over a month, it is good to have a change of the kitchen - if only it was better.
