The best restaurant in Pezenas with an idyllic setting, lunch a very good dish with a view of the swimming pool is quite rare. I have been going to this restaurant for 6 years and I go there with pleasure, the cuisine has evolved, we are on refined cuisine with homemade and seasonal cuisine, the owner is extremely kind and listens to his customers possibility of organize birthday parties. A mice of lamb with the promise of a low-temperature cooking melting in the mouth... Arrival with waiting despite half a dozen customers, dry and totally masked by a sauce with black and overpowering areas. Too bad. The cod was cooked perfectly and catches the level....
