Silvernail Inn - Pewaukee

I grew up in Wisconsin, and I got used to a Friday fishing stable every week. When I left, I realized how much I miss her. I discovered this restaurant had a fish rog, so I had to try it. Ms. Elaine was the bartender/server and she didn't lie when she said it was a big table of food. She caught me with a mini-lobe bread and then a cup of shell-khowder as well, both were sharp and tasty. The table of food was the next. It had my potato pancakes, apples, Cole Slav and fried fish. The pancakes could have been a little scratch, but they were good. The fish was slightly broken and delicious! If I'm ever back in the area and need my fish frit repair, I'll definitely be back!

Came here for the first time and had great service. The atmosphere was warm and friendly. The beef-denderloin-stroganoff was excellent and perfectly seasoned, with large pieces of Tenderloin, 4 people in my party loved it. Two others had fish and we are equally satisfied with their decisions. The fresh baked bread was remarkable and honest the best bread I can remember in any restaurant. This place is definitely worth the trip if you are somewhere in the area. Prices are also reasonable for quality and portions.

I was very impressed! My friends and I were in the area for the weekend and explored several dining options. We ultimately chose Silvernail and were not disappointed. The staff was incredibly friendly and the food was outstanding. Everything tasted homemade and was seasoned to perfection. We tried the starters, salad bar, prime rib, steak, and desserts. We absolutely loved our experience and will definitely be returning in the future!

We were here early on a Saturday night. Simple but good...again, nothing fancy, but good quality. Started with a salad bar, cup of chicken dumpling soup and fresh baked bread. Good and filling. We ordered a 14oz ribeye...it was delicious. Garlic mashed potatoes...good. Nothing from the bar...we will be back!
