At this point only a few times to pick up online orders. Every employee I met here was super friendly and welcoming. This position also has a drive thru which is great for those who are in a hurry.

I go there to get a salad and literally get a salad. I call her and the manager tells me we cut the staff back to Qty of the ingredients. I spend $11.24 on a salad and that's what I have!! Very good!

Actually, I don't want to give them a star because yesterday a staff she charged me for a whole bill, but she forgot to give me a few things, then I called in a manager said I can come to get another day when I came here this morning it was sold out then she said she'd give me a free meal I didn't want, but I don't want to make a big deal. I'll buy my meal at the counter. The manager she gave me the stuff as I asked a free meal!!! I don't want to come back this place, and I'll tell everyone my friend. To all employees especially managers, if you don’t like to work don’t have to come to work!! You should not do a bad attitude to a customer that supports your company.

While I personally had the question of not hot / fresh food, as others have said in my few years that have visited this place. I had online orders that I 'affected because they were from the mentioned articles and made sure to make a replacement, or a free product because said articles were missing, but the latest online order unfortunately had a missing item from a 'Pick-two' online order. I know this place was hit quite hard during the Kovid period, but please keep up with the quality control! Apart from this visit, my previous experiences were quite exactly what one would expect from this chain!

First let me say how much i love getting asked to give a tip to the cash register operator. They really earn it. Next, i waited 23 minutes for my 15 dollar sandwich. They said they were understaffed and i had some time to read the news so no big deal. Finally when my sando did arrive, it was disgusting. Dry, hard bread, and nothing else. At least my table was dirty. Thanks but won't recommend.
