The ice is amazing and many creative decisions. the service is also great with a friendly and helpful staff.

They people make this place magical. They are so kind and sweet! They made the experience so great there. And obviously the chocolate and the ice cream is so good. Get some fudge and bring it home!

Obviously the sweets are amazingly delicious but seeing the process is really cool and I've not often encountered an entire staff as friendly and welcoming as these folks. I've been there more than once and the staff is consistent. Just the nicest group of folks you'll meet.

Fantastic place to visit. The smells are amazing and the free samples are amazing to find what you like. Staff was super friendly!! It never experienced anything like it but I will be coming back.

Friendly staff is there every day! These good people are busy and happy to help me what I want. Bless them all nothing like a dish of ice to warm one on a cold and windy day. (and I go with a bag of caramel maid nuts)!
