Jimmy John's - Petoskey

I have a severe dairy allergy which causes me difficulty with my health for weeks to months after consumption I requested no cheese. I got it anyway. It happens 50 percent of the time I eat outside the house.

Everything was just as you'd expect from a Jimmy John's. Delicious food, fast service, and better than average friendly staff. Downside, the owner is going against all cdc guidance, in a county with about 1 covid case daily, requiring VACCINATED people to wear a mask. I felt bad for the (awesome) staff having to enforce such madness. Otherwise would definitely be 5 stars.

I've ordered from this location for at least 8 years. Only occasional hiccup. However, the past month or so has been horrible. Placing an order ahead of time does nothing to help them plan. No more speedy service past 4 or 5 orders were over an hour. And the items requested aren't being met. I understand you are short staffed, but if you are going to be over an hour in response to deliveries, take the time to read over the order to make sure the items are correct. Make us happy when the order finally gets here. And the female store manager needs a new job she doesn't understand customer service at all. Please go back to your amazing customer service and accuracy!!

Ordered from here for lunch and was really disappointed. The tea tasted so rancid I couldn't tell that it was tea. The French bread was old.

You need another location, one with a drive window or with parking. Your short help and have cut your hours so the delivery is difficult. Enjoy your food, but so hard to get. I understand.
