They give the impression that they don't care at all and that it's not their responsibility to make the necessary effort but rather that of the client. I had to eat my sub with a fork because the bottom bread was practically non-existent and soggy, even though my sub was toasted. It was impossible for me to pick up my sub and enjoy it properly. Macadamia nut cookies, which in my memories were delicious, greatly disappointed me. They were very thin and not cooked enough. I would rather say that they were "macadamia nut cookie dough." Really disappointed with my visit to the Beresford Subway. I do not recommend it. Wheelchair accessibility: In my opinion, they would need new measures to make the flow inside more smooth. I think that if the entrance door had been installed in front of the building instead of on the side, the flow would have been easier. The design of this new building seems to have not been designed with the customers in mind.
My friend and I stopped for lunch on our way home from Bathurst and I must say the staff were fantastic and very friendly. Our orders were prepared correctly and efficiently despite how busy it was when we arrived. The gentleman with the sweet face tattoos who handled our payment was professional, and the kind lady making sandwiches was extremely thoughtful. It's rare to receive such great service, especially in a fast food restaurant in a town where the language is unfamiliar. If you're driving along the coast road and need a snack, I highly recommend stopping here!
I love eating at Subway but this store is seriously testing my loyalty. They are always short of something, whether it’s breads (I.e only flatbread or whole wheat left) or meatballs. When I brought up the fact this is a regular occurrence, I was informed that is how the franchisee wants things to be run. Apparently turning away a customer is the preferred option over having to possibly throw away a few dollars worth of bread.
Since opening i have call several times to let them know and the manager know everytime i go at the restaurant after 6h30-7pm they are out of bread. No more bread at a subway!!!!! They dont seem to care at all so today i went its 8h30 ans their answer we are out of bread!!!!!! Too cheap to make extra bread to make sure they dont loose business and through out bread. Its been months that i complain and no one does anything. Oh well you just lost 3 12 inch sub order again!!!!
The sign says it's open until 10pm. Online says open until 10pm. I was there tonight at 9:20pm, everything locked. No one at drive through.Desapointing.Also the two times I have been there when they are open, it's the slowest service ever! I've worked at subway many years ago and I have never seen it take that long to serve two or three customers. There's no reason for a 15minute wait when there is two people ahead of me getting one sub each. They seem to have plenty of employees working, they just need better management.
