L'esprit des Saveurs - Petit-Caux

We were taken here by friends during a short visit. we knew the restaurant that was originally here as the auberge of the gourmets. we cost some unusual dishes. my starter of tartine de chevre, with Lardons/Mushrooms and salat was very good, but our...main course of the fish environment (pollack) was excellent, served with a good mix of sweet, beautiful cooked in a creamy wine sauce. Our friends had the hausburger, boiled with a beautiful melted cheese interior, in a large bungalow that found delicious. I had the brikett de camembert with apples and salad to finish the meal. in a filou type baked it was unusual, but delicious combination. theere were a series of guests in the restaurant, but service was efficient and friendly. the restaurant is located in the village berneval le grand, a very quiet environment from the bustle dasppe, with good parking opposite the restaurant. there is a set menu in euro (entree, plat dessert) which we consider excellent the quality of food.

This restaurant is relatiw, after it was opened from the bottom of the auberge of the gourmet, which was at this address. we received an excellent greeting and found the restaurant completely renovated and was very attractive. the menu was very well planned and very interesting, and eating cooked to perfection, and the service was also good. I have no memory of recommending this facility and will certainly eat here again.

In this small village where we stayed in a guest room, we did not expect to find an establishment of this quality. next to the buffet formula at about 18 euros (entrance and dessert at will in buffet and choice of dish among several proposals), we chose the menu at 29 euros for entry, dish, cheese and dessert. Three cooked mouths. We even received a delicious Norman hole in supplement because it was served for another table. there is also a 39-euro menu with 2 entries and 2 desserts but for very good appetites! food was very fresh and very well cooked. tasty dishes, well presented. sufficient quantity. excellent value for money. the fish pot was much better than the one eaten the day before in a renowned dieppe restaurant. another couple of Belgians came back for the second time in a week. both women in the room are attentive and smiling. closed on Sunday evening, Monday and Tuesday (to be checked). We recommend!

Atmosphere: refined and harmonious service: excellent the 2 waitress are friendly and we care to satisfy you meals: fresh and tasteful product. Value for money: very correct (two adults 3 children with input/plat/dessert and drinks 110 euros. I strongly recommend this establishment to have who wants to spend a pleasant time.
