Pizza Hut - Peterborough

The experience at this restaurant was absolutely awful, leading us to walk out. The atmosphere felt dirty and unkempt, making it difficult to even consider eating there. To add to the disappointment, the restroom was located in an unused area upstairs, where my daughter had to go alone. When I went to wait for her, a staff member accused me of acting suspiciously by standing upstairs. Additionally, customers were required to order their own food through the restaurant's website, diminishing the purpose of dining out where customer service is key. I always believe in tipping for good service, but in this case, the poor experience led me to leave without purchasing their overpriced food. With a charge of £22.99 for a basic 11" margherita pizza, it is no surprise that the restaurant appeared nearly empty and it may not be long before it shuts down.

Met by a rude manager on arrival. Told I MUST pay via the app at the table ! I don 't want to use the app , I don 't have a smart phone. After some discussion she said 'well I could pay via card at the till if I need to ' I found her manner very unwelcoming. Shown to our table sat down. Manager walked off without saying anything. As it was a buffet we got up to help ourselves to be stopped in my tracks by the manager who bellowed at me 'have you paid? ' err paid ? I 've not eaten anything yet ! At no point did she tell me I had to pay at the till BEFORE eating, she just sat us down walked off obviously unhappy I didn 't want to pay via the app. The only plus point was the pizzas were hot, tasty replenished quickly but the plates for pizza salad bar are child sized for some reason ?!! The staff seem to amble about with nothing to do but swipe the plates off the table as soon as you put your fork down loiter making you feel uncomfortable. I won 't be rushing back I 'm afraid.

The staff at the restaurant were very friendly and helpful, explaining how to order from our table in detail. They promptly seated us at a nice table. We decided to go with the buffet option for lunch, and my grandson really enjoyed it. I opted for a variety of delicious salads with a couple slices of fresh pizza. The food was tasty and fresh. I was pleasantly surprised to see Robinsons squash available at the soft drink station. Overall, we had a great experience at the restaurant.

Terrible, most of it was eaten by dogs because it was impossible to eat , a lot of oil, I dont buy anymore

I went there with my grand DOUGHTER Never again grumpy manager was so rude my son Come to pick us up she did not let hım join our table and ask hım not sit wait standing and when he aşk her name to complain she did not give her name and push hım out restaurant front of his DOUGHTER she stressed out cry all Day staff iş good other than rude manager
