Mcdonald's - Peterborough

We went to the restaurant on Saturday afternoon around 1:30pm and it was very crowded. The restaurant has a modern decor and the entrance is conveniently located on the corner. We ordered a fish fillet and a kids meal, which were delivered quickly. However, we were still hungry later on so we decided to order a vegetarian wrap. My husband waited for it for at least a few minutes. The manager noticed and came over to inform us that the wrap was not available, but offered us a burger instead and ensured that our food would be brought to our table. A sales assistant then brought the veggie burger and refunded the money for the wrap. This was a generous and professional gesture from the manager, and we appreciated it. The veggie burger turned out to be delicious too.
