The Habit Burger Grill - Petaluma

Great quality burgers at reasonable prices with several taste options, and cool side choices such as Tempoura green beans, onion rings and sweet potatoes. They also have regular frits, and all their sides are served hot and crispy not limp! Yummy also shakes!

Usually my experience is quite pleasant. However the last two times I've been there have been made really uncomfortable. The gentleman working the register was very pleasant and professional. When he turned to ask what i presume to be the manager a simple question. The short individual literally swore at him in front of customers and continued to berate him for several minutes audibly. In the mean time the gentleman working the register was running around like crazy. Taking orders, refilling condiments, and wiping tables. Whilst the short individual was on his phone and barking at other employees. My girl and i didn't even feel comfortable inside. He may be a small man but that doesn't give him the right to berate his coworkers publicly. We were appalled at his behavior.

Always loved habit. Coming here since they came to town. Fries r always perfect,never over salted. Burgers r great and dont forget the shake! Pricier than mcdonalds but u dont get that mcdo yucky feeling. Always a toss up between here and 5 guys.

Sad day for burgers. I'm not a petty guy but when you give a place hundreds of dollars you get to at least have a decent burger. This thing had onion skins in it, meat was not cook and was saturated in mustard and it was disfigured. If you gave me hundreds of dollars and I gave you this how would you feel? I'm actually concerned about this as I've heard from other locals they had been getting sick after eating from this Habit. I'll be looking into this further and have kept a thorough record of my transaction.

Good fast food burgers and more. We had the Guacamole Crunch Burger and the Chicken Club sandwich, also garlic fries and onion rings. Very good service too.
