Bidra med feedbackI stumbled upon this Starbucks when I changed jobs. I love the customer service. I always place my orders ahead of time in the app, I have only once had an issue but it was because that they were packed. With only 2 baristas in the front. Sometimes we have to look at the situation to understand why things are not going according to plan. Other than that they have been nothing but nice, it is a bit small and the parking lot is hell but hey, I go in and get out with a nice warm cup of coffee.
I did a mobile order 20 minutes before coming in and when I get there there is four girls working and only 1 making drinks, so I had to wait another 20 minutes to get my order. I politely asked if one of the other employees walking around to look busy , emptying the trash, and talking more orders if the could help the girl bombarded with drink orders, and buy the time someone did something she finally was done but leaves my drink on the counter instead of handing it to me, really didn't have to take that long,,,, this place definitely does not have there priorities straight. ... dont go here or order 20 minutes ahead if you in a hurry, better off going to burger King next door for coffee, probably tastes better, as this was terrible probably because it was a slow rush job!
I get an iced vanilla chai from Starbucks every day- I have been to a bunch of different locations in the Sonoma county area and this Starbucks makes the best version of my drink BY FAR! Every time I get my drink, it is perfect. I don?t know what you guys are doing different but keep it up!!!
Employees more interested in chatting amongst themselves than helping customers. Waited 10 minutes for an Expresso and boxed lunch.
Super friendly and sweet staff. I mumble a lot and get nervous ordering and they were super patient
